Open for Visits Again!

Earlier this month, we changed our road sign to indicate we were open for visitors to come walk in and meet our available cats, and the response has been HUGELY positive. Kittens have been flying out the doors, and even some of our longtime residents, like Leonard, have found homes thanks to the freedom the walk in visits offer. On top of so many happy adoptions, many of you wonderful visitors bring much-needed donations with you. We're so happy to be reunited with our community…

*Temporarily* Closing Bottle Tent at SPCA

Some of our longtime supporters who are used to bringing their bottles to our tent in the parking lot have noticed that there is a sign saying the bottle collection is closed. We are immensely grateful to our community for showing such support by recycling on behalf of our animals. Due to the overflow of bottles in our tent, and the strain it currently puts on local redemption centers, we have put a temporary hold on receiving redeemable bottles and cans at our parking lot…

Jerome

Here is a happy tail from a very special boy, Jerome! Jerome is FIV+ and needed extensive dental work done, but now he's fully recovered and in his forever home with a family that loves him. They say he has made himself right at home, and he looks like he's enjoying himself and whatever treats they're sharing with him! Happy tails, sweet Jerome and family!

Big Hearts Make a Big Difference! Thank you, Johanna Pasha & Guests!

Thank you SO MUCH to Johanna Pasha and all of her amazing guests for donating to our shelter in lieu of birthday presents for her birthday party this year!! We were tickled pink when one of Johanna's guests and friends showed up at our door out of the blue last week with a car full of presents for our animals. These gifts are much-needed and timely when many of our shelves are getting bare. Again, thank you!
