Can You Open Your Home For a Sleepover?

Everyone deserves a cozy home to snuggle in, especially during cold winter months! Do you have room in yours to adopt or foster?
We all love to see shelter success stories, and nothing makes us happier than seeing a fur baby in their forever home. Are you in a position to adopt or foster a shelter animal this month? Fostering helps the shelter immensely by allowing our animals to go to a more stress-free and natural home environment, which lets their true personalities shine and may heighten their chances of being adopted. And adoption … well, that’s a way to complete your family and your heart!

Our process is thorough as we want only the best for our animals, so your patience throughout each step is immensely appreciated.

Ready for a sleepover party?

To start fostering an animal, you can click the Foster button on their Petstablished page or fill out an application on our website for the species you can foster.
It may take weeks or even months to find the right foster fit for your situation but it changes lives forever once you bring that foster baby home! Our animal care manager will reach out to you personally once your application is on file and approved and will let you know when we have an animal that fits your situation.

Looking for a furry roommate?

Because of the virus, our adoption process currently goes like this: you fill out an application either on a specific animal or a wish list application to let us know what you’re looking for. Our adoption specialists will look over your application during the next 2 to 5 days and do a check with your vet and landlord, if you have had previous pets and if you rent.

Once your application is approved, they will contact you about scheduling a meet-and-greet with the animal you are interested in or multiple animals. If during your meet-and-greet you decide this is the right fit, you can adopt and bring your new fur baby home that day, in most cases; often, we recommend fostering-to-adopt which gives you a trial period where if it doesn’t work out, you can have your adoption fee refunded when you return the animal. Sometimes you may want to think and see the animal again; while we will not hold an animal for you in most cases, we try to make it easy for you to schedule your next meet-and-greet.
