Just as we shelter folks were pondering how in the world sweet Vex hadn’t been adopted yet, it happened! Vex found her furever home and her new owner found an amazing companion. We were beyond happy to read this endearing update from Vex’s new home.

“Vex is doing fantastic. She is happy and very playful. She loves all the toys but especially the big balls. She is learning to stay before the toys are thrown and she is doing great about bringing them back. Sometimes! She loves to play “keepaway”. When we are not home she sleeps on our bed. At night she sleeps on the couch. She loves to lay on the couch. She is such a wonderful girl and we are so happy to have her in our lives. We are sad she was in a kennel so long but so thankful that she was waiting for us.

We have been giving her those belly rubs!”

Happy Tails to Vex and her new family. Here’s to a lifetime of belly rubs!

The beautiful cat you see in the “after” photos lives the same life as a typical cat and is THRIVING from the love and care given by his family. We are so thankful that his family saw him for his beautiful spirit and the dedication they’ve given to nurse him to the beautiful, healthy cat he is today.
